These are just a small portion of the ads that we have for sale. None of these are reproductions, all are original. Most of these are large ads, larger than our scanner bed. Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad for Sunsweet Prunes with actress Susan Hayward. The ad has four pictures of the actress during her busy day and in two of them she is working on her Sunsweet Prunes. In one of these pictures she is using The Quick Sunsweet Trick which consists of filling a quart jar with these prunes and adding boiling water. You cover the water and prunes and as the days pass the syrup that has been created becomes thicker and thicker. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.

Full color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad for their Prunes. There is a picture of a healthy young lady sitting at her breakfast table with her schoolbooks next to her. There is a smile on her face in spite of the fact she is bringing a spoonful of prunes to her mouth from the bowl that sits in front of her. The headline claims that "They Must Be Good!" because they are "Served on More Tables than any other brand". There is a picture of a box of this product and the text goes into detail about why they are so good and brings attention to the fact that they are Tenderized.
