Full color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad for Star-Kist Chunk Light Tuna. This is a very unique ad. There is a drawing of a man in a yellow raincoat who has a yellow rainhat on as well as yellow earrings. In addition, he has a very cute pink lipstick mark on his right cheek. The headline says that "You'll like Star-Kist Tuna too. (Just look for the fisherman with the earring)". |

Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad for their Chunk Light Tuna. The ad has a picture of a can of this tuna sitting on a dock post next to a plate with two Sea Dog Sandwiches. At the front of the ad is a recipe, torn out of a magazine, for Sea Dogs, a sandwich which is made with tuna and hot dog buns. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view. |

Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad for their Chunk Light Tuna. This ad has a picture of a freckled pirate, a little boy with a black hat over a red bandana, a patch over one eye and one of Mom's earrings in the other ear. He is siting at the table with a fork in one hand and a knife, kitchen type, in the other and his arms crossed across his chest as a spatula comes his way sith a large piece of Pirates Pie on it. This is an item that you can make using Star-Kist and the recipe is included and it is good enough to be considered "Fit for a pirate king". |
