Full color 9 1/2" x 14" ad by the Mobile Homes Manufacturers Assn. to encourage people to use their products. There is a drawing of a family whose camper is parked next to a lake and a young boy is showing his father the big fish that he has just caught while his mother and sister look on with interest. The ad, talking about The Travel Trailer, says that "This resort home goes with you any time...any place you like!" and offers them in prices from $800 to $2000 (and up). This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.

Full color 7 1/2" x 10 3/4" ad that features two pictures of the Apache Chief which is listed for $525.00. The first, smaller, picture shows a trailer parked in a wooded area before it is set up. The second, larger, picture shows how big it is when everything is set up.

Black and white 9 1/2" x 13" ad for the Clark Cortez - the perfect family getaway car. The ad shows several views of this vehicle and an overhead cutaway that exposes the interior of the vehicle. The ad headline describes it by saying "What a way to have family fun!". This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.

Coons Custom Mfg
Full color 8" x 11" ad for their pickup coach, the Dreamer. The ad has a picture that shows a red pickup with one of these products mounted in the bed. This vehicle is parked next to a river with a burning campfire as evening arrives in the countryside while two men, one who is identified as actor Jock Mahoney, work on their bowhunting gear. The ad headline claims that this scene is "So remote...yet just steps away from the comforts of home" as long as you have one of these campers.

Full color 7 3/4" x 11" ad show a red and white Motor Home parked somewhere in the Western States. The ad headline claims this is a "Revolutionary way to travel".

Higgins
Rhree color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad for their Camp Trailer. The drawing at the top shows a car being driven by a woman pulling a waist-high trailer with a canoe tied to the top and someone is saying that "You'd never guess we're towing a roomy, comfortable cottage!". The other three drawings in the ad show this piece of equipment being set up "in a matter of minutes". allows you a chance to "look at the room inside" and reminds you that you can have "no more worry about reservations". The information in the captions under each of these drawings gives a lot of information about the construction and the features available.

Starcraft
Full color 7 1/2" x 10 1/2" ad for their Starmaster 6 and Starmaster 8 Pull-Behind Campers. The ad has a picture of one of these campers set-up next to a lake as two young man sit around a campfire and play guitars. Another man stands listening as he holds a horse and two othes come riding up. The ad headline calls this vehicle a "Four bedroom ranch" and the ad describes some of the features of both models.

Starcraft
Full color 7 3/4" x 10 1/2" ad for their Star Cruisers, specifically the Star Cruiser 24. The ad has a large picture of the amazing American countryside that you can visit at your leisure if you are driving one of their vehicles, a picture of a Star Cruiser parked by the side of the road with a happy couple posing by a side door and a drawing that allows you to see the impressive framework that makes this RV a sturdy rider. The ad text talks about some of the features that are put into these vehicles and the testing and quality the Starcraft Company uses. The ad headline which is over the picture of the countryside says that "If you've spent two weeks traveling through America, and this is what you remember best, your cruiser was probably built with Starcraftsmanship".

Full color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad to celebrate "Smart Living - Inside and Out". The ad has two pictures that show a family of three and a couple living comfortably and stylishly in a trailer with a third picture showing a well-kept trailer park filled with trailers and gardens placed behind short white-picket fences. The text talks about how economical having a trailer can be and gives a list of the members of their association and urges you to be sure you buy your trailer from one of them.

Trailer Coach Manufacturers Assn.
Black and white 4 3/4" x 13" ad that wants to introduce more people to Trailer Living. Over a picture of a family consisting of three generations sitting in front ot their trailer and cooking or playing croquet the headline tells us that "Trailer Living enables ever-growing thousands to follow the sun". The text talks about following the desireable weather in comfort and style and talks about the "thousands of trailer parks from coast to coast" and offers a "free 72-page illustrated booklet" to help you decide what you want. At the bottom of the ad is a list of the companies that were manufacturing trailers at that time that were members of this association.

Vagabond
Black and white 4 3/4" x 13" ad for the fact that this brand provides Leadership when it comes to everything in a trailer. There is a picture of a car with a 1949 Vagabond hitched behind it parked next to a green on a golf course and the couple in the car are watching a couple trying to putt out under the headline that tells you to "Look to Vagabond for Leadership". The text talks about "Leadership in comfort and styling" while showing a picture of a double bed from one of their models, about "Leadership in quality construction" as it illustrates the design and about "Leadership in efficiency" as it shows a picture of one of their kitchens.
