Full color 9 3/4" x 13 3/4" ad for Bosco Milk Amplifier. This ad has a drawing of a mother cow and her baby standing in the meadow and the baby has turned to her mother and is saying, "Mama, why can't I have Bosco in it" causing her mother to look at her very wide-eyed. The ad headline assures us that "Everybody loves Bosco and Milk!" and the ad text adds more to the story. "Children and grown-ups everywhere are drinking more milk with delicious, chocolate-flavored Bosco added. Bosco is rich in iron, and iron is essential to help build good red blood. Bosco and milk is so quick and easy to mix. Just stir a spoonful in a glass of milk...it's ready. And it's economical, too. Buy delicious, iron-rich Bosco today from your milkman or grocer". Drink Mix 1

Kool-Shake
Full color 9 1/2" x 13 3/4" ad for the Mix that allows you to make Milk Shakes at home. There is a drawiug of two excited kids behind three glasses containing the three flavors being offered. The headline has the boy saying "Wow!" and the girl responding with "Kool-Shake tastes like a soda fountain shake!" and the text claims that it will foam right up into the glass. It also gives instructions to add it to milk and sugar before shaking, shows a picture of the package and claims that it will make two milk shakes and will only cost 6 cents.

Kraft
Full color 5 1/4" x 9 3/4" ad for their Quick Serve Cocoa Mix. The ad has a drawing of a mother pouring hot water into two cups that are sitting on the kitchen table while her two children race for the table. The ad headline calls this a "New family thriller from Kraft. Makes Rich, Nutritious Hot Cocoa when you Just Add Water".

Minute Maid
Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad for their Lemonade Mix and their Lemonade Stand Kit. Over a drawing of two children working their stand and selling to kids and adults alike is the headline saying "Mothers! Help your children have fun...make money, too! Lemonade Stand Kit for only 35 cents and 2 can tops from Minute Maid Lemonade". The ad gives a general list of the items you get in this kit and claims that "Boys and girls can make as much as $1.25 to $2.00 a day selling ice-cold Minute Maid Lemonade and Pink Lemonade". Instant Drink Mix 7

Tang
Full color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad that is for Tang Instant Breakfast Drink. This ad starts off with the statement that this "New breakfast drink discovery gives you More Vitamin C Than Orange Juice". That sounds amazing, right! Then there is a drawing that shows an opened jar of the Tang Instant Breakfast Drink next to a glass filled with a delicious-looking drink and the lady is holding a spoon over it, filled with more of the Tang. Printed on this ad are the words "New! Instant! Just Mix With Cold Water". In the lower right side of this ad there is a box with the words "More Vitamin C than Mother Nature puts in the finest orange or grapefruit juice. On the table, in focus, is a chilled glass of Tang along with a spoon, a coffee pot and a piece of toast. Behind these items, slightly out of focus, is the skyline of a city under the morning sun. The ad headline implores you to "Wake up to Tang" and another headline calls it the "New instant breakfast drink with more Vitamin C than orange juice". Full color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad that is for Tang Instant Breakfast Drink. This ad has a picture of a beautiful morning with a table set with a full glass of Tang next to a bowl of cereal with bananas and other fruits added, in front of a slightly out-of-focus scene showing a bridge and a vast city as the ad tells us to "Wake up to Tang". It then tells us that Tang is the "New breakfast drink discovery with more Vitamin C than orange juice!". It then tells us that "There's no summer vacation from your need for Vitamin C. You need it every single day of the year. You can't store it up for tomorrow. Tang provides more vitamin C than fresh or frozen orange or grapefruit juice. Instant Drink Mix 19

Full color 9 3/4" x 13 3/4" ad that is for Tang Instant Breakfast Drink. This ad, beneath the words "Happiest thing that ever happened to breakfast" shows a man and a woman tapping their glasses of Tang together in attempt to celebrate another morning. It is obvious they are sitting at the table; white tablecloth, a cup of coffee, a loose spoon sitting in the middle of the tacle and an opened jar of Tang is what I see. The text says "Tang - more vitamin C than orange juice" and then that "Tang is the new instant breakfast drink - nothing to squeeze, nothing to unfreeze. It gives you a double helping of important vitamins. Vitamin C - more of the Vitamin C you need every day than you get from fresh or frozen orange or grapefruit juice. Vitamin A - another resistance-building vitamin, so important in flu and colds season. Tang gives you more vitamin A than even tomato juice. There is a picture of a breakfast table with a plate of several pieces of fruit, a cup of coffee, a glass of Orange Drink and the jar of Tang that was used to create this glass. The headline urges you to "Wake up to Tang" and claims that it has "More vitamin C than orange juice". The text talks about the "fresh, wake-up taste" and talks about the Vitamin C and Vitamin A this product contains. After the headline compared it to Orange Juice the text compares it favorably to Tomato Juice and says that it "mixes instantly in ice cold water".

Instant Drink Mix 9

Tang
Full color 10" x 13 1/2" ad that asks the question "What's got into Tang" and answers it with the large print headline, "A New Bolder Taste". The picture, with a background of drawings, has a young boy leaning to kiss a young girl, who seems unsure but she is leaning towards him somewhat. On the table in the foreground it has a container of Tang, a container of juice filled about 3/4 of the way and a filled glass of Tang. The first sentence of the ad says there is "Nothing bashful about the new taste of Tang". They remind us to always use ice cold water when we make a glass of Tang.

The photo in the ad is a very icy situation showing a bottle of Tang, a glass filled with the product and the remainder of a juice bottle. The ad text tells us that "Tomorrow for breakfast let Tang surprise you. Just mix a decanterful tonight and refrigerate. The cold fact is: one night in your refrigerator makes a new drink out of Tang. And Tang gives you more vitamin C than orange juice...plus vitamin A. Instant Drink Mix 11

Tang
Full color 9 1/2" x 13 1/2" ad from one of their most effective advertising tie-ins, NASA. The ad has a large picture of a United States space capsule floating in space above the earth with the caption "Tang was chosen for the Gemini astronauts". Also in the ad is a smaller picture of a mother standing behind her young son with a jar of Tang in the kitchen counter in front of them with the caption"...and for the Ryans". The ad text assures us that "On every American space flight since Gemini IV the astronauts drank Tang" and it goes on to imply that if it's good enough for them it should be good enough for you and your family.

Instant Drink Mix 6

Tang
Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad for this Instant Breakfast Drink with a tie-in to the NFL. There is an interesting picture with a family sitting down to breakfast at a table set up on the middle of the field at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The three children, one in a high chair, and their parents are having cereal, coffee and glasses of Tang all around and the headline challenges you to "Start off your team with more vitamin C". The text says that "The NFL does" by using Tang because "Tang has more vitamin C than any other orange juice you can buy" and has an "Actual NFL Team Training Table Menu" off to the right that shows Tang being the first item on the list.
