1949
Oldsmobile 98 - Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad that touts the advantages of driving a car that is powered by their Rocket engine. The ad shows a long curving roadway that seems to be on top of a dam and the scattered line of cars is led by a Red Two-Door Olds 98 Sedan. The text talks in terms of "If only you were..." in an attempt to get you to test drive one of these automobiles. It mentions many of the features and stresses that many are available in the "new. lower-priced Futuramic "88"" as well as the "big. luxurious "98"".

Oldsmobile De Luxe Holiday Sedan - Full color 6 1/2" x 10" ad for the New Oldsmobile. There is a picture of a Red Holiday Sedan shown from the side with it's two occupants staring straight ahead. Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Convertible - Full color 10" x 14" ad a drawing of a majestic Red Olds 98 Convertible parked under a futuristic roof line where an attractive lady sits in the driver's seat speaking to a man who is standing beside her car. The headline calls this "Tomorrow's Classic" and the ad text talks about the "ultra-long look", something this car is supposed to bring. The text talks about the car interiors being the "richest in Oldsmobile history", mention is made about the "Rocket" engine, putting out 160-horsepower, the new Hydra-matic Super Drive, the Hydraulic Steering and the Autronic-Eye.

Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Holiday Sports Sedan - Full color 9 1/2" x 13" ad for the 1962 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Holiday Sports Sedan that is turning a corner on a busy street on a rainy day in the middle of a city The ad shows a Light Blue Four-Door with a couple in it with everyone else in view has a raincoat or an umbrella. The ad headline says that "Where style comes first...and quality counts" and the text follows by saying "For the discriminating buyer who demands "something extra" - it's the pace setting 330-h.p. performance and trend-setting style of the magnificent Ninety-Eight Oldsmobile". Slipped into the bottom of the ad is the saying that "There's smooth powerful V-8 action in every Olds".
