This car, the Man's Car, has listed the items that are "standard" such as the headlight and the three-step tailight. |

Mercury Cougar XR-7 - Full color 10" x 12 1/2" ad that is very similar to the previous ad. The car shown in this ad is a White Mercury Cougar XR-7 with a black top that is parked in a western scene with a woman standing next to the car while a cougar is resting on the car's top. The headline says that "What other cars call "luxury extras" is everyday standard equipment with us". There are smaller photos that show white bucket seats in the car, a view of the instrument panel from the driver's seat, a view of the gear shifter and one of the tachometer. The ad claims that "In Mercury Cougar XR-7 we don't relegate the finer things in life to the option list. Our standard front hi-back bucket seats have rich, natural grain leather seating surfaces.
