1960 British Motor Corporation - Black and white 4 3/4" x 13" ad with pictures and information for the Morris '1000' 2-Door Sedan ($1173) and the MGA Sports Roadster ($1875). The headline says "What a wonderful way to cover the map" and says these two cars, and others they offer can be purchased in the U.S. for delivery abroad. The ad also mentions MGA Coupes, Morris '1000" Station Wagons and Convertibles, Magnette, Morris Oxford, Riley, Austin Sedans and Austin Healey Sports Roadsters. The text mentions a 12 factory warranty and the available service.

BMC 850 - Black and white 10" x 14" ad with an overhead picture of this car which has just driven a series of right-angled curves and the inquisitive headline wonders "Why do we call this car the Incredible 850". You read the text which answers "First the '850' is only ten feet long". The performance is Incredible" according to the ad with a top speed of around 70 yet getting nearly 45 miles on a gallon of gas. The engine is mounted crosswise which, according to them, enables there to be much more space available. BMC produced the Austin-Healey and the Morris and claimed to be the largest car manufacturer in Britain.

This ad shows the delivered prices of eight of various kinds of cars.
